Sledding....Finally

I have been wanting to take our kids sledding for forever because we have a lot of great hills around here. So finally at the last minute I took the girls and one of their friends over to the park and they went sledding (Brando was having a playdate at his buddy's house from preschool). Emma and her friend, Emily, jumped right in, but Caitlyn wasn't so sure. So we found a smaller hill that was just her size and by the time we were finished I had to practically drag her off the hill. They have been begging to go again, but I am hoping that the snow will melt before we get to, cuz it wasn't just cold, it was freezing!

Go Wolves!

Emma got to attend a cheer camp with her friend sponsered by our local high school. They practised cheers all morning and then the parents were able to come and watch them perform what they had learned. Emma did great and she she had a fun time.

Big Helper

Emma was so proud she got to feed Parker all by herself. She is such a great big sister!

So Talented

You might not be able to tell in these pictures, but Parker is showing off his new talent. He has just discovered his tongue and loves to roll it and curl it all the time, except of course when I have the camera out trying to take a picture of it, so these are the best I could get.

Annual Valentines Day Party

We had our annual Jeppsen Family Valentine's Day party this year. We had a "fancy" dinner, complete with heart shaped pizza, candelight, and the "special" glasses. Next we got to play Harto--valentine's day bingo and a fun High School Musical question and answer getting to know you game (example question: What do you like better on Valentines Day, candy or flowers?). Last, but not least, the very fun (and VERY messy) chocolate fountain with berries, banannas, pretzels, marshmallows and rice krispie treats to dip. Our kids look forward to this every year, they don't really like to eat what they dip, but they love it all the same.
